ORDER CONFIRMATION
You will receive an order confirmation by email shortly after placing your order.
SHIPPING CONFIRMATION
Your order will be dispatched within 2-7 business days from the time it is placed. As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email.
SHIPPING WITHIN THE UNITED STATES
All orders within the United States will be shipped with USPS. Once your parcel has been shipped you will receive the USPS tracking number by email and your parcel can then be tracked on www.usps.com. The package will be delivered to the address you have stated as your delivery address. Since USPS couriers require your signature when delivering the goods, you will have to be present at specified shipping address at the time of the delivery.
SHIPPING AND ORDER TRACKING OF INTERNATIONAL PACKAGES
ShareQrs offers international shipping across the world. All international orders that include free shipping are all sent out with international economy shipping and include tracking. All international orders that are sent out with express shipping also have tracking available. All tracking numbers can be found in the shipping notification emails that will be send out. Note that international shipment tracking may take up to a few days to display any updates but that doesn’t necessarily mean the shipment is lost.
ORDERS LOST IN TRANSIT
Any package that got lost in transit even though the shipping address was 100% correct, ShareQrs will ship out a new order with tracking at theirs expense. Please not in case of a return in which a product does not reach us and is lost in transit no refund or replacement is granted.
DELIVERY TIME
German orders on free shipping will be delivered within 3-6 business days from the day you received the shipping confirmation.
International orders on free shipping will be delivered within 8-14 business days and on express shipping within 1-3 business days from the day you received the shipping confirmation.
ITEM DELIVERY
Please note that it can occur that you receive items that you ordered from our store not in one order. Fulfillment takes place depending on the item and on your location and will be processed at the location of our fulfillment centers (US or Europe) that normally is located the closest to you to ensure that your parcel can be delivered in the most environmentally friendly and quickest way. We will notify you with an email every time any items of your order are shipped.
Please not that packages that aren’t received for delivery are returned to us. You must approve any reshipment of your order and that any reshipping cost is carried by the customer.
CURRENCIES
ShareQrs store cannot be held responsible for any currency changes or currency exchange rates any bank may have when exchanging the EUR into any other currency.
CUSTOMS/IMPORT FEES (WITHIN EUROPEAN UNION)
Regarding all deliveries that occur within the EU, taxes and duties are included in the product price.

International shipments may be subject of customs fees depending on the destination country. The fee may vary depending on your order value, country limits, and other factors based on the product itself. ShareQrs is not responsible for paying any associated customs/import fees for orders sent to to it’s customers. Any fees are paid to appropriate customs agency by the end customer. Please contact your local customs office for further information on the guidelines of your country.
