RETURNING YOUR ORDER
At ShareQrs.com, we prioritize customer satisfaction and guarantee the quality of our products. We offer a refund and returns policy that lasts for a period of 30 days. If you encounter any issues with your order, please get in touch with us within 30 days of purchase. Note that we hold your order for two hours after it is placed to allow for any necessary changes to billing, shipping addresses, or item specifications. If you need to modify or cancel your order and request a refund, you can email us at info@shareqrs.com

However, if your order has already been manufactured and shipped, we are unable to make any changes to it. We do not accept returns for user errors such as incorrect selection of sizes, designs, colors, or addresses.

We ask that you consult with us before returning an item as we do not have a storage facility. If you return an item, it will be sent back to our fulfillment center. Please note that any defects or errors on our part will result in a replacement at no extra charge to you.

To qualify for a return and/or refund, certain criteria must also be fulfilled:

  • The item purchased must be faulty or must not match the customer’s order, as verified by the customer with photo(s) or video(s).
  • If the item purchased is faulty, it should not be due to misuse, abuse or accidental damage by the customer.
  • The item purchased must be unused and in the same condition as received by the customer.
  • The item purchased should be returned in its original packaging.

Please note that the following reasons do not qualify for a valid return and/or refund (this is not an exhaustive list):

  • The customer ordered the wrong size of the item.
  • The customer no longer requires the item.

REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
To initiate a return, please send an email to info@shareqrs.com with your receipt or proof of purchase attached. After receiving your returned item, we will send you an email confirming that it has been received and inspected. We will then notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If approved, the refund will be credited back to your original method of payment, usually within a certain number of days.

LOST PARCELS
If you have not received your package or if it has been lost in transit, kindly contact us immediately. We will resend your missing item(s) at no additional cost or provide you with a refund.

  • Please note that if the delivery address you provided was incorrect, we cannot offer a reshipment or refund.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
In case of late or missing refunds, please first contact your credit card company as it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted. You can also check with your bank, as there is usually some processing time involved. If you have completed these steps and still have not received your refund, please send an email to info@shareqrs.com

SALES ITEMS (IF APPLICABLE)
We can only process refunds for regular priced items, and unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for sale items.

EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)
We offer replacements only for items that are defective or damaged upon receipt. We do not offer replacements for items that were selected incorrectly, such as the wrong size, design, color or for providing a wrong hyperlink. If you need to exchange a defective or damaged item, please contact us at info@shareqrs.com for further instructions on how to proceed.

SHIPPING
To initiate the return process, kindly send an email to info@shareqrs.com with your order number, and we will provide you with specific instructions based on the item you purchased. Please note that you will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item, and unfortunately, these shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the return shipping will be deducted from the refund amount. Delivery times for exchanged products may vary depending on your location. If the item you’re returning costs over €80, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Please keep in mind that we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
